Digital fulfilment
As previously mentioned, we’ve finished distributing most of the digital rewards and STLs are now up for general sale on our MMF page.
If you haven’t received your digital rewards you can contact us and we’ll look into it for you.
And don’t forget about the painting competition!
Scripture Guardian
The free Scripture Guardian invites are going out shortly. This will be an MMF invite just like before so keep an eye on your inboxes! We made a few minor changes to make it easier to print and also ended up cutting it into multiple parts to make cleanup easier. Rules are not available for it just yet but will be as soon as we have time to finish them up.
File corrections
We solved any important issues with the files a week or two ago now but as of this week we’ve finished going over every file manually and rooted out any potential issues as well as applying some minor support optimisations and such. Should you come across any further issues though don’t hesitate to let us know and we’ll take care of it. Thank you for your patience.
Physical fulfilment
In the background of digital delivery, we’ve been working away on finalizing physical production.
Miniatures
Invitations to confirm and pay for your shipping will be coming very soon. Sometime this week or early next at the latest.
Before these are sent out, I’ll post a full guide just like for Backerkit so keep an eye on the updates.
If everything goes smoothly we are still on track to begin shipping in just over a week or so!
Books
Work on the book is proceeding nicely. Despite the increase in volume, both the EU and US printers are confident that the timeline will not change. We are still on for shipping to begin in June.
Dice
The Baron of Dice team is on the case. Final samples are being produced and checked. You can expect more info on these soon. We’ll also let you know when the shipping confirmation invites are going to be sent out and the current latest estimation for delivery of these is June.

Some very exciting news for you all today: On Monday the STLs will be going up for general sale and to celebrate this our friends at MMF will be hosting a BIG painting competition!

STLs on MMF
Everything will be available for general sale on MMF as of Monday!
As we’ve had a LOT of interest in the game post KS and BK, MMF we’ve decided to make the bundles available again for the duration of the painting competition. A sort of last chance to buy, if you will. You’ll be able to find all the bundles here (link not live until monday) and individual models will be on our normal MMF store.
Out of respect for all of you who supported us here, prices will be about 10% higher (normal retail price for individual items) and will not include the additional content that was added via stretch goals (Accessories, Scripture Guardian, Corpse Front).
So if you have some other minis you’d like to pick up or friends who want to get into Trench Crusade, it all starts on Monday!

The Painting Competition
Our friends over at MMF have set up and amazing painting competition to celebrate the launch of the digital sales on the platform with over $10,000 worth of prizes!
There will be three categories for the competition:
Print your favourite model from the Trench Crusade range and convert/paint it up!
Covert and paint up an epic scene using multiple models from the Trench Crusade range!
Create an entirely new Trench Crusade model! This is an open category that can feature parts and models from any range!
Physical backers, this last category is also for you! Feel free to participate with your existing TC models or use it as inspiration to build some new whilst we work on getting your minis to you! And don’t worry, this won’t be the last painting competition we do ;)
Entries will be judged by Martin, Stéphane and Sebastien from the TC painting team. The criteria will be creativity, setting, basing and photography.
The competition starts on Monday and will run for 2 months!

All invitations will be sent to the email address linked to your Kickstarter account, so please check your account here on Kickstarter if you’re unsure.

As a reminder: Backers who have pledged to the campaign using their AppleID but haven't completely set up their Apple Pay account (linking their email address to their Apple Wallet) will have issues receiving their emails from BackerKit. Greetings Crusaders,
First of all, a happy new year to all of you. May it be filled with wargaming goodness!
An update today to talk about the state of Digital fulfilment. Sorry this is coming a bit late. I've been down with the flu for a few days which has made progress...difficult.
MMF Invites
The invites for the second wave went out today. Sorry this took longer than expected. It was due to a mix of the holidays and MMF wanting to make sure that there weren’t any account duplication issues, like in wave 1.
MMF Support.
If you haven’t received your email invitation then please double check your email account, including any “spam” or “promotional” folders for the invite.
If you have an issue with the rewards you’ve received, please check your account on Backerkit to double check you did indeed order what you are missing. It is possible that you’re missing part of your pledge due to a small glitch where MMF duplicated accounts and distributed the rewards between them. This only affected less than 1% of 9000 digital backers but we apologize for the frustration if it landed on you.
Additionally, please remember that it’s normal that you don’t have the Scripture guardian yet. They will be coming later this month.
I know that’s very basic stuff but we’ve had a lot of people contact us about it.
If you have an issue with your rewards, you can fill in the form here and we’ll work with MMF to get it fixed.
If you already have a ticket open, rest assured that MMF will get back to you by next week at the latest.
File issues
We’re still working on fixing the reported issues with the files. Like with the invites these have been “hampered” by the holidays. We want to have everything fixed by the end of next week at the latest.
I’d like to take the opportunity to apologize for these issues. I can assure you that the person the most unhappy with the situation is me. I was expecting some problems due to the sheer amount of files that were going out but it has turned out to be more than I’m comfortable with.
These issues are due to a failing in quality control. There was of course a process in place however it clearly wasn’t enough. I put this down to just not having enough time to personally oversee and check everything and I only have myself to blame for this as the end result is my responsibility.
I can assure you that this is not a situation I intend to see repeated. We’re going over every file with a fine tooth comb to preempt any further issues and going forward new files will go through much more scrutiny before release. This will no doubt be much easier to pull off however as this will be the last time we release 70+ files in one go.

STL invite update #1

Greetings Crusaders,
An update today to talk about the digital launch as well as any file issues that have been reported.
Before we start please bear in mind that it is the weekend and not everyone is working as much as me. I’ll endeavor to get any issues corrected and uploaded to MMF ASAP but there are some things that need direct intervention from sculptors, the MMF team etc and may have to wait until Monday.
I know it’s very frustrating but please be patient. You will get your rewards.
Missing files
If anything is missing from your rewards, you can message the MMF team via their platform and they’ll work with us to get you sorted ASAP.
You can also use the form if you didn’t receive your invitation but please check the spam filters on your email account before doing so.
The Scripture Guardian
As this is a mini that all backers are receiving, things will go a lot faster if we leave it out for now. As it doesn’t have rules yet, it’s obviously not a priority. You’ll all have plenty to be getting on with. We’ll probably send this out after the Xmas holidays, once everything has calmed down a bit.
File issues
As expected, a couple of issues slipped the net and are currently being fixed.
I’m keeping track of any problems as well as when they’re resolved here.
I advise you don’t print the above files until they are fixed which we will endeavor to sort out ASAP. My apologies if you have already done so.
Latecomer invitations
If there has been an issue with your order or payment which means that you weren’t part of this initial wave, rest assured that we will still get your files to you. We’ll do another round of invites on Monday, so please make sure that your pledge is correct by then.
Thank you again for your patience folks. Out of about 9000 backers, only 2% of you seem to have encountered any issues and, as I said above, I’ll be working most of the weekend to get everything to you ASAP.

Pledge Troubleshooting.
Orders not yet locked and charged
For about 125 of you, your order hasn’t been locked. This will be because your survey is incomplete or there is an outstanding amount to be settled via Paypal.
Paypal backers, you have to go into your account yourselves and settle this manually. We cannot charge paypal accounts automatically like with CC cards.
If you have already paid a certain sum and are wondering where this additional charge is coming from, it will either be because you made the previous payment before the tax settings were corrected. Please see our previous updates for more info on this.
Declined cards
There are about 400 cards that have been declined. In most cases the card is declined due to insufficient funds or the charge is flagged as fraudulent by the bank, which may not require updates to the card itself.
Be sure to contact your bank to check what the issue may be. If needed, you can also switch to paying through Paypal if needed.
Paypal Refunds
For those of you with outstanding credits on your PP account, these will be refunded automatically shortly. You don’t need to do anything.
What happens if I don’t complete my survey?
If you read this after the cut-off date, don’t panic! Your pledge isn’t locked down or lost yet! You can still fill out your survey via the link provided previously or by visiting this link. However there may be delays in getting your rewards:
Digital rewards: We’ll be doing a fresh export of backers every week or so (Xmas holidays permitting), so you’ll have to wait until your order can be processed and attributed to you.
Physical rewards: You may be contacted after the initial wave for shipping confirmation which will put your order to the back of the line.
The hard cut-off date for the PM is the 5th of January 2025.
After this date we will not be able to fulfil your pledge and it will be considered a donation.
